9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

For hygiene reasons, certain intimate products may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
